Project idea - Video resumes site

Fundamentals

Use Wowza as backend.
Will have to code Flash front end.
Audio recording only - this could be better than having video. Have to debate this.
Where is Silverlight in this space?

Details

Give job-seekers the option to discard a recording, expire a recording, etc.
Probably allow them to record several clips and allow them to be combined into one file.
Video on left side, each project details on the right side.
Scroll through the resume ?
Allow employers to ask follow up questions and allow candidates to reply to those questions.
