Strong SilverLight 2.0/3.0 RIA development experience
SilverLight in a commercial environment for Internet (not intranet) application.
Performance critical application development with a 3-tier, high-availability, high-volume, distributed architecture
.NET 3.5 and Strong C#
WCF REST based web service development
Experience with various third-party components (e.g. Infragistics,DevExpress, Telerik) - Silverlight specific
Strong OO design skills
knowledge of the CLR and FCL.
Strong backend sql server 2005/2008 T-SQL programming
